I have found the tech support to be very mediocre. I seem to know as much as they do, especially when you have to call after main daytime hours. During the day, the guys are pretty good. All other services are great, no problems on any score. I would definitely recommend them.

Usually with VPS hosting you have issues with memory, which very often happens to be insufficient and causing the response time being very low. If you choose the Windows Server, you can easily setup your preferences in a Windows interface, which you are probably used to from your own computer.
