Fatcow is an extremely easy to use host, even for beginners. The Control Panel interface is intuitive and user friendly. There is also 24 hour techincal support live chat, which is extremely useful. Unfortunately, despite all this, server speeds are regulalry very low, and site down time is an regular occurrence. If they managed to sort these issues, it would be a 5 out of 5 host!
