Heart have the best client support I have worked with but sometimes simple things can become trivial. The support database doesn't always work very well and there are a few too many categories. Unless you have past experience in working with hosting companies, you may find their interface confusing.

Have been with them for 3 years with the reseller account, I had hosted in the Us before this but found the network latency and support not to be the best. I get a very prompt reply on any support issues from their team and the servers are fast and reliable.
